A Newly Nourished Beach
Jupiter beaches just got a gigantic gift in the form of 1.8 million cubic yards of sand, more than 500,000 of which is right in front of the resort. The $31.7 million Army Corps of Engineers project goes beyond replacing damage from erosion, it provides new recreation opportunities for locals and vacationers alike long into the future as they stretch out on expanded beaches with dream-worthy, castle-inspiring sand.
Even Finer Wine and Cocktails
Perhaps the only thing better than the grilled mahi-mahi or the tempura duck breast at Sinclairs Ocean Grill is the perfect glass of wine to accompany the delicious dishes. Now, the resort’s signature restaurant has not only updated its wine list, but also introduced Coravin service, which pours wine without removing the cork from the bottle. That means diners can enjoy vintages by the glass instead of the bottle. Sinclairs Lounge, meanwhile, kicks evenings off with such creative new cocktails as a mango-chile margarita and the Smokey Draper, made with Woodford Reserve bourbon and hickory-smoked bitters.
Comfort is King
The most memorable Florida vacations come from a certain amount of effortlessness, which you’ll experience at the resort like never before, starting with double the wireless speed for guests who need to stay connected. Those ready to fully unplug will appreciate the new wristband keys and beautiful waffle-weave robes, along with a relaxing ambiance from subtle evening lighting. On Saturdays and Sundays, a yoga instructor now teaches relaxing and refreshing classes while cooling towers keep the surrounding air comfortable year-round.
A Spruced-Up Sandbar
Jupiter’s favorite hang-out spot, The Sandbar, gets in on the revamping action with new Polywood chairs, tables, and umbrellas for a stylish spot to kick back and unwind. Hit Happy Hour (4 to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday) for bacon flatbread and provolone crostini and linger for an all-new lineup of live entertainment.

Pau Hana PonTiki Boat
Tiki bars have been all the rage in the last few years, and now Jupiter floats the fun fad with the PonTiki party boats, which cruise through the warm south Florida waters in Polynesian style. The latest addition to the fleet is the PauHana, which has couches for enjoying the complimentary beer, wine, soft drinks, and spiked seltzer – not to mention a “beach” and even a water slide.
One of the newest restaurants to hit the Jupiter dining scene is 1000 North, founded by a team of professional athletes and celebrities, including Michael Jordan. The snazzy spot looks out on the Jupiter Lighthouse and the Intracoastal Waterway with four different dining areas: the elegant 1000 North itself, the Club Lounge (exclusive to members), the Tavern and the Terrace. Don’t miss the crab cake benedict at lunch or, at dinner, the bourbon and hay-roasted oysters (really!) served with brown butter and cornbread.
Drive Shack teed off in West Palm Beach in late 2019 and takes the game of golf to an all-new level. Think free use of TaylorMade golf clubs, a PGA coach, and unlimited golf balls for perfecting your swing in the three-story, 96-bay venue. It’s on par with some of the world’s top entertainment complexes, thanks to interactive golf games, virtual reality courses, chef-inspired food, and craft brews.
